DBSA offers a personal calendar to track symptoms of mania and depression, mood swings, medications taken, and co-existing symptoms. You can also go online and use our free DBSA Wellness Tracker , an interactive tool designed to chart your moods, symptoms, lifestyle, medication, and overall physical health. It allows you to generate reports to see trends or patterns in your health that you can share with your health care provider.
